We report our experience with Neonatal Tetanus treated with Intermittent Positive-Pressure Ventilation combined with Neuromuscular blockade and high dose diazepam. Duration of mechanical ventilation was ranged from 15 days in case 1 to 36 days in case 2. Hepatitis has rarely been recognized as a complication of acute measles infection. Recently, a 10 month old girl is reported in whom abnormal liver function was a prominent clinical feature during acute measles infection. Hepatitis may be a clinical manifestation of acute measles infection of infant.
